Chef Todd Gray and partner Ellen Kassoff helped pioneer the sustainable food movement in Washington, DC and were looking for a social media presence that reflected their compassionate, philanthropic values as well as their devotion to local,  Chesapeake Bay fare. Our work helps amplify the message of one of DC’s most celebrated culinary couple.

MASON DIXIE BISCUIT CO.

The Food Network rightly calls Mason Dixie’s biscuits “irresistibly flaky,” so for this beloved restaurant with Southern roots, we helped develop a plan to boost exposure and relay a personality that’s as warm and inviting as its famous fried chicken to build a community and attract new customers. (That was a mouthful, y’all.)

The Brixton

THE BRIXTON

The Brixton, which Washingtonian magazine calls a “glossy go-to neighborhood spot,” is a British pub with the hottest rooftop in DC. For this brand, we developed a tastemaker persona—someone who’s cultured, enjoys the good things in life but still likes to throw back a pint. We include literary references to further convey that message.

One of the most loved restaurants in town, Travel + Leisure magazine calls this French brasserie “a winner.” Le Diplomate needed dynamic social media to build a community and return the brand voice to its French roots. We used effective images and topical, local events to create interesting and elegant content for its loyal community.

U STREET MUSIC HALL

For this underground, no-frills music and dance club on U Street, our focus is to promote U Hall’s jam-packed schedule of shows of various genres while maintaining a consistent brand voice and personality. By leveraging the power of social media, especially Instagram Stories, we give fans an exclusive “behind-the-scenes” look at the club’s rarely-seen features as well as sold-out events.
